Casa da Falésia is located in the area of
Açoteias and is only 200 meters away from Falésia beach. The house is
part of a quiet complex with a large shared pool, which makes it
perfect for groups or families.There is an electric gate that
will take you into the complex - Casa da Falésia is the last house
(semi-detached). There are a few steps leading up to the front door and
garden area. This modern 3 storey house has a well equipped kitchen
that also has a back door leading out to a little balcony which holds
the barbecue.The spacious living-dining room is air conditioned
and has table and chairs for 8 persons, comfortable sofas (one is a
double sofa bed), plasma TV and large patio doors leading onto a
furnished terrace. This private terrace has steps leading down to
gardens and to the shared swimming pool. The first floor offers
two bedrooms: one twin and one double. Both have air
conditioning, fitted wardrobes, private balconies with lovely views,
and they both share a shower room with shower cubical, sink, bidet and
WC.On the second floor (top floor) there is a double
bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, as well as patio doors
leading to a large balcony that has sea views. This bedroom has an en

This large three bedroom townhouse is located in the quiet residential area of Açoteias. Falésia beach is just 200 meters away, where you will find a snack bar and steps leading down to a huge sandy beach.

There are some amenities within walking distance such as supermarkets, various services such as banks, restaurants bars and shops. There is also the Sheraton Pine Cliffs nearby, where you can enjoy a meal or snack at the beach bar. There is a 9 holes golf course at the Pine Cliffs as well, and the Balaia Golf Village is only a couple of minutes away by car.

A 2 minutes drive away will take you to the village of Olhos de Água - this small resort offers various services such as a bank, a chemist, health centre, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, taxi rank, market, etc.

There are more beaches to visit in the area, such as Santa Eulália, Praia da Oura and Albufeira beach. They have a variety of water sports available, as well as enjoyable meals in the existing restaurants and bars.

Albufeira is only a 5 minutes drive away, and Vilamoura is approx. 10 minutes away.

The shopping centre “Algarve Shopping” is situated in Guia which is approx. 20 minutes away, as well as the famous theme park Zoomarine which is open all year around and not to be missed for families.
