CATEDRAL 2 is a one Bedroom apartment, completely reovated during 2009, that sleeps 2/4 people. It is situated on the 2nd & 3rd third floor of a typical Sevillana house that is less than a minute's walk to the Cathedral. Right in the centre, close to bars, restaurants, shops and historical sites. The world famous Semana Santa/Holy Week processions can be seen from the balcony.

On the first floor (please note - no lift) of this spacious duplex is the living room that has high ceilings & four typically Andalusian window/balconies that look down onto the street. This living area has a double sofa/bed, a dining area with table & 4 chairs, a kitchen & bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and w.c.

From the lounge stairs lead up to the second floor where there is a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and access to a large terrace with a views of the Cathedral, Avenida de la Constitución & the Giralda Tower.

The apartment has individually controlled hot/cold air conditioning throughout, washing machine, large fridge freezer, ceramic hob, microwave oven with grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, pots & pans, serving dishes / glassware / cutlery and crockery sufficient for 4 people.

32" flat screen TV with international satellite reception. Sufficient linen / quilts / blankets / towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and safe. FREE Wifi internet connection 24/7.

One of our Spanish/English speaking Reps. will be at the apartments to meet you when you arrive and will assist you with any queries that you may have during your stay. They can advise on local amenities, where to eat, best places to visit and shop. They will also be there to collect the keys from you when you leave.

The apartment is suitable for children - no charge for children of under 6 years of age. Cots and strollers are available at no extra cost. (Check for availability)

The apartment is cleaned at changeover, however, if you wish we can arrange to have your apartment cleaned and linen changed during your stay for an extra charge.
 

Price List 

1 person - 100 Euros per night.
2 people - 120 Euros per night.
3 people - 140 Euros per night.
4 people - 150 Euros per night.

Minimum stay 3 nights.

We also offer the following discount:
7 plus nights - 10% discount.
14 plus nights - 15% discount.
30 plus nights - 30% discount.

Our rates are higher (between 190 Euros and 285 Euros per night) for the following occasions:
Semana Santa/Holy Week from 29th March to 4th April, 2010. Min 4 nights.
Seville Feria/Fair Week from 19th April to 25th April, 2010. Min 4 nights.
Public Holidays.

Payment by Visa or Mastercard accepted.
