Property Description

Apartment MALAGA is a self contained, 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor, that sleeps a max 6 people.

Completely renovated during 2008/9 it has marble flooring throughout & fountains in the foyer. Set around a central courtyard of a lovely old 19th century building in a quiet back street in the San Lorenzo quarter, right in the heart of old Seville. Short walk to bars, restaurants, shops, river and historic sights.
 

Elegant modern decor giving a comfortable, functional and pleasant ambience. Usable space of 65m2 and a private terrace area of 16m2. Individually controlled hot and cold air conditioning throughout. On the first floor is the entrance through a secure door with entry phone where stairs lead up to the second floor. Please note there is no lift.

Here the layout is open-plan with lounge/diner/kitchen with sofa/double bed, dining table and 6 chairs. Private terrace.

The master bedroom has a double bed 150 cms x 190 cms and built in wardrobe.

Second bedroom with twin beds 80 cms x 190 cms and built in wardrobe.

Bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and w.c. 

Communal sun terrace on roof with sun loungers and a shower.

32' TV with international satellite reception. Free Wifi internet connection available 24/7. Linen - sufficient sheets, quilts and towels for each guest. Iron and ironing board. Hairdryer. Safe. 
Washing machine, large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and teapot, kettle, toaster, juicer, cooking pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware for 6 people. 37" TV with international satellite reception. Our Spanish/English speaking Rep. will be at the apartments to meet you when you arrive and can answer any questions that you have during your stay. He can advise on local amenities, where to eat, best places to visit and shop. He will also be there to collect the keys from you when you leave.

The apartments are suitable for children. There is no charge for children of under 6 years of age. Cots and strollers are available at no extra cost.

The apartments are cleaned at changeover, however, we can arrange to have your it cleaned and the linen changed during your stay for an extra charge.

Distances: Seville International Airport - 20 mins by car.

We offer a pickup and/or drop off service to the Airport which can be arranged with us before-hand.

Santa Justa Railway Station - 3 kms.

Payment can be made by in Euros to Spanish Bank , Sterling to UK Bank, Visa or Mastercard.

The apartment is located in a quiet back street in the SAN LORENZO/ALAMEDA quarter in the centre of the old city of Seville, close to shops, bars, restaurants and tourist sights. The ISLA MAGICA THEME PARK across the river, is only a 10 minute walk.

As you will be in the heart of the old city there are a great many things to do and see, take a leisurely stroll along the banks of the RIVER GUADALQUIVIR, go and see the awe inspiring CATHEDRAL, which is the largest Gothic Cathedral in the world and its Moorish 'GIRALDA' Tower.
Other important historic sights that should not be missed are the REALES ALCAZARES, PLAZA ESPANA,MARIA LUISA PARK, MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS to name but a few. Take a TRAM RIDE around the city sights, or a take in a RIVER CRUISE. Stroll around the great shops and boutiques, the leather wear on sale here is second to none. Visit the lively local MARKET in Calle Feria, held on Thursdays.
After an exciting day you may want to go and try the local food in one of numerous TAPAS BARS and RESTAURANTS. By the river you can find many romantic restaurants, some of them open air. Maybe choose to have dinner in the centre and dine whilst watching a traditional FLAMENCO show.
As well as SHOWS and PLAYS, BALLET and OPERA can be seen at various theatres, often featuring famous international performers.
The NIGHTLIFE in the city is very lively, fuelled by the many bars, clubs and discos where you can keep going till dawn, and then you can go for CHOCOLATE and CHURROS, an absolute 'must'.

A 25% deposit (non refundable) is required at the time of booking in order to reserve the apartment. This can be paid in the Sterling equivalent to a UK Bank, in Euros to a Spanish Bank or by Visa or Master Card. The remaining 75% will be due on arrival.

Also required at check in is a refundable damage deposit of 150 euros, this can either be put up in cash or held on file together with your credit card details and returned to you at checkout.
