It is just a few minutes away from the historical town center and major roads, the guests of the villa get to enjoy the beautiful Tuscan countryside and Florence's attractions.The property surrounded by olive groves and vineyard is located in the midst of a well-maintained garden .
Ground floor: Entrance to a small charming living room leading on to a big living room with an ancient fireplace, dining room, TV room and a spacious kitchen. A door from the kitchen leads on to a large terrace with patio where you can have relaxing outside dinners. Also there is a wide pantry and a small bathroom located here.
First floor: Bedrooms: 1 master bedroom, 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, bathrooms: 3 bathrooms with tub, 1 bathroom with shower. Also there is a small playroom with ensuite bathroom ideal for 2 children on this floor.
The swimming pool is located near by the house and is open from April to October. Also there is an external heated shower and a wooden changing room near the pool.
Also there is a splendidly covered pergola equipped with tables, chairs and sofa for unforgettable al fresco dining and a stone pizza oven that can be used for home cooked bread, pizzas and other delicious Italian food.
