Chateau de Lavendes, a cute, small Chateau situated in Auvergne in the high valley of  the Dordogne was previously a hotel between 1986-200, has been converted and a holiday home came into existence. This old form of the Chateau has been originated in XIV century,

This Chateau, offers highest comfort & space to stay as it is having 9 comfortable rooms, those can all of 24 people at a time. All rooms is having a private bathroom or shower-room, and toilet. This Chateau is having a total surface area of 450 square meter (roughly 4000 square feet).

The ground floor of this Chateau consists of a folly-equipped kitchen providing stove Smeg, classical washing sink, washing machine short cycle, 2 fryers, central pillar with 2 sinks anda  laundry room having washer & a dryer. The dining room decorated  with superb open fireplace (Cantou ), with 2 long wooden (teck) and 24 chairs. There is also Grand Salon plus a play room for children, with kicker table, games and toys, and children’s billiard. There is also a provision for additional Second salon with Télévision (satellite), and video players & cassettes. This Chateau has maintained the Superbe stairways of XIV° century and original roman structures. Basement consists of two toilets, lavatory.

The first floor having 8 rooms can be designated as Chambers. Chambre 1 with staple beds bathroom: bath, sink, bidet, and toilet. Heated swimming pools are well protected and can be used only in summer. Avail Garden Furniture which includes 2 large wooden tables with 24 chairs, 14 long chairs, and 14 solar beds, one barbecue plus different games area of the gardens is about 2 acres.
