The Palmer Ranch is a master-planned community with over 10,000 acres encompassing fine residential neighborhoods, parks, restaurants, and natural areas. The home is conveniently located near to the elite islands of Siesta Key and Longboat Key. Westfield Mall, the I-75 Interstate road, Sarasota Bradenton Airport, and Sarasota's downtown cultural, civic and business centres are easily accessible.

The Claddagh Home is a fully air-conditioned property which can accommodate 6 guests in style and comfort. On the First Floor, there is a Living Room open plan with the Dining Room, a further Living Room (the Great Room), a Kitchen and Breakfast area, a powder room and toilet/washroom, a laundry/utility room, an entry foyer, and covered entry. On the Second Floor, there is a Master Bedroom with a King-sized bed and large en-suite facilities. A crib is also available in the Master Suite to facilitate a young baby comfortably. In addition, there are two further bedrooms (one with a Queen-sized bed, the other with twin beds) with shared en-suite facilities. There is a luxurious heated pool (accessed from the Great Room through double patio doors) facing south to an uninterrupted view over a Florida Preserve. The integral three-car garage may be used to house guests' cars.

Sarasota boasts one of the finest beaches in Florida "The Siesta Key beach" which is only 10 mins drive from the home where you can experience the most breathtaking sunsets. The city is also the cultural capital of Florida and houses the John Ringling Museum of Modern Art and also the spectular Selby Botanical Gardens. The sun worshiper, the dedicated shopper, the keen golfer, the angler, the watersports enthusiast and "culture vulture" will all find that their tastes are catered for within Sarasota! For the more adventureous taste, the world famous Busch Garden Theme Park is just over an hours drive away in Tampa. This has some of the most exhilarating roller coaster rides for you to experience. Close by is also Cypress Gardens.
