The Clubhouse Luxury Holiday Accommodation has a spacious and open-plan family room with ceiling fan, 2 over-stuffed sofas, plus occasional and coffee tables with lamps, a LCD flat screen HDTV, upgraded digital cable channels and DVD player, Entertainment Theatre with surround sound so you or the kids can watch your favorite movie or play music while on holiday. The spacious family room opens out to the pool deck that surrounds the sparkling clear pool. The pool is a great place to have fun together after a day of excitement at the theme parks. The deck and its comfortable loungers are the perfect place for a sun-drenched afternoon in the Florida sunshine. Sit on the sun-loungers on this fabulous sun-spot and soak in the rays, or take a cooling soak in the water. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms.
In the garage - the fun continues - with a pool table, air hockey and electronic darts for extra family fun! Sleeping accommodation at The Clubhouse includes 2 master bedroom suites. The first features a sleep-soft, king-size bed, cable TV and DVD player, nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm and telephone, dresser, plus closet space, and a private master bathroom with mirrored vanity basins, walk-in shower, roman-style tub, a large walk-in closet, and toilet. The second master suite enjoys a queen-size bed, nightstands with lamps, dresser with cable TV and DVD player, walk-in closet space, plus an en-suite bathroom with mirrored vanity, toilet, and bath/shower. There are two further spacious bedrooms that are ideal for the kids, and each enjoys 2 twin beds, nightstand with lamp, dresser with cable TV , DVD players and a Playstation 2 games console, closet space, plus a shared family bathroom with vanity, bath/shower and toilet.

Somerset is a vacation rental community, of executive vacation homes, built by KB Homes at the Remington Golf community in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida. This enclave of executive 4, 5 and 6 bedroom vacation homes provide spacious comfort for guests to base their Disney area vacations.

The community offers basketball and volleyball courts for the guests enjoyment, together with soccer and baseball fields, a fitness center and a community pool. Of course, a round of golf at Remington (a "Disney Design Award" course) is always available for reasonable green fees.

Cancellation policy:
Any cancellations will have to be done in writing by the party leader. 4 to 8 weeks prior cancellation notice is subject to a 50% rental cancellation charge. Less than 4 weeks cancellation notice is subject to 100% of cancellation charge. If you decide to change the date of your holiday, the rates are subject to change. Wherever possible changes to dates will be accommodated, however changes have to be done in writing, and are subject to a £25 charge. A provisional booking will be held for 7 days pending receipt of a completed rental agreement and payment of a deposit. Pool heating is available at a charge of £98 / $175 per week. This can be requested at the time of booking or locally once you have arrived. The villa has 4 bedrooms and will sleep 8 people in comfort. Small infants can be catered for with the rental of cribs / cot beds. The house is fully equipped with smoke detectors, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and ceiling fans. This is in addition to the air conditioning system that gives you the optimum temperature control to every room in the house. There is a portable pool guard and door alarms for child safety The property operates a strict NO SMOKING / NO PETS policy. Wireless High Speed Broadband Internet. There are 2 telephones, local and long distance calls are free.
