Property Description

Lovely comfortable holiday house in the pretty Brittany village of Jugon-Les-Lacs. 4 Double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and all facilities for a comfortable home from home. The house has a large kitchen / living / dining room downstairs, with a suntrap terrace for summer bbqs, with a patio heater. First floor has 3 double bedrooms and a family bathroom, with the top floor being the converted attic with a lovely bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The house is in the centre of the village overlooking the village to the rear and a flood plain area to the front. The terrace has the sun most of the day until about 6.30pm. The village has a large lake with sailing school so there is plenty to do without having to take the car. Our garage has been incorporated into the large downstairs room, however there is parking right outside the property or across the small road.

Jugon-Les-Lacs is a vibrant village with plenty to do. There is a large lake where you can fish, sail, pedalo or canoe. The lake and all village facilities are walking distance from the house. The village has 3 restaurants, 2 bars and a small shop as well as organised events throughout the summer such as music festivals in the square and night markets. There is a regular weekly friday market in the square. Within a 15 minute drive is the beautiful medieval town of Dinan. A large variety of beaches are all only 20 minutes drive away and the house is very well situated for touring the area.
