This is a modern comfortable family house in a safe quiet residential neighbourhood of Granada, Andalusia, Spain. The house has three storeys. The ground floor has two single and one double (possibly triple) room. This and one of the singles opens onto a small patio. The rooms share one bathroom. On the second floor, you will find the living room, kitchen, and a small single room, which has access to its own exclusive bathroom. The upper floor has three rooms and a bathroom where the hosts live, although one of these rooms is sometimes rented out in busy periods. The house is located just outside the historic and commercial centre but you can get to all parts of the city by bus, by taxi, or on foot.

Rosa's house is situated in the south east of Granada, near the 'Campus de la Salud' (a major hospital and health sciences complex). The Carrefour shopping centre is nearby, as are the Science Museum (Parque de las Ciencias), the Conference Centre (palacio de congresos) and the Granada FC football stadium and sports centre, which includes an athletics track and an indoor swimming pool. The Alhambra and the historical city centre are also within easy reach. |
