Downstairs there is a utility room, gymnasium & games room. Upstairs is a family master bedroom with en-suite bathroom & jacuzzi. Another double bedroom, a twin bedroom & bathroom are also located on this floor. Within the beautifully landscaped gardens surrounding the villa there is a swimming pool & outdoor hot tub. For alfresco dining there is a fantastic softly lit BBQ area. |

Playa Paraiso is the perfect destination if you want a holiday that takes you away from it all to a sun-drenched secluded part of Tenerife. The rocky beach at Playa Paraiso is small but there is a popular lido where you can simply relax whilst you soak up the sun. There are a few bars and restaurants, however if you feel like a livelier evening take a trip to the nearby Playa de las Americas where you will find a vast selection of bars, restaurants and nightclubs that are open until the early hours. Costa Adeje is also close by and if you're a water sports enthusiast you will enjoy the wide range of facilities available. There are a few fantastic waterparks and new for late 2008/2009 is Siam Parque. Explore the islands capital city, Santa Cruz for a more extensive shopping experience or leave the hustle and bustle behind and head up to the soaring heights of Tenerifes most famous attraction - Mount Teide |

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel your booking please let us know in writing as soon as possible. In this event any fees paid less the deposit will be refunded if cancelled 28 days or more prior to the booking. If the cancellation is made eight weeks or less prior to the reservation dates no refund will be given unless the property is re-let in which case any fee paid less the deposit will be re-funded. The owners will make reasonable efforts to re-let the property. In the event of jury service, qualifying redundancy, cancellation of HM armed forces leave or HM police of any member of the party a full refund will be made. If the property becomes unavailable on the date stated for example due to damage or other problems with the property, your fee will be refunded in full, including the deposit. The hirer shall have no further claim against the owner. |

Other policies:
Sorry no pets. Strictly non smoking inside the property. Excess noise or other nuisance causing disturbance to neighbours will not be acceptable and may result in termination of the booking. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all aspects of the property remain as advertised we accept no liability for items outside our control e.g. power cuts, drought, or for loss or injury to persons or property whilst on the premises. We regret that all male groups or all female groups are not allowed and this is a condition of any reservation. We reserve the right to refuse access to the villa if to an all male groups or all female groups of guests. You shall advise us of changes to your party as soon as you become aware of them. If we do deny you access to the villa for this reason then no refund will be made. |
