Situated on the South East Coast of Mahe, at Pointe Au Sel, just 1 Km. from the beautiful beach of Anse Royale, 7 Km. from the Airport and 15 Km. from the Capital Victoria, this establishment lies in this beautiful tropical garden  bordering the river ‘ Butler ’  overlooking  the secluded beach which lies just 50 metres away from the villa.
 
The property has a long history , dating back to the 1890’s , as a banana, coconut and vanilla plantation – thus its name BACOVA.
 
The establishment comprises of two identical villas. ' VILLA OCEANE ’ and ' VILLA HUGO ' they are an example of  traditional Seychellois Architecture . Each villa has 2 floors. The ground floor has one large bedroom, one bathroom, living room, kitchen and veranda. The first floor is a studio style with a large bedroom, one bathroom, kitchenette and balcony. The villa can sleep a maximum of 5 adults and a child.
 
The villa is fully furnished , colonial style and bedrooms are equipped with  air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The villa is fully equipped with all kitchen amenities, T.V,Telephone, Wifi internet access, daily maid , and safe deposit box.
 
Shops and restaurants are walking distance from the villa.
