Sunset Gardens is our fabulous, modern home-from-home apartment. It has a communal swimming pool, hot jacuzzi and rooftop. It is very close to the sea and just 10 minutes away from Larnaca airport. It is in a quiet village haven with everything to hand which makes this a near perfect spot for holiday makers. The apartment has been lavishly furnished in a contemporary style which is apparent when you first walk through the door. Being open plan, spacious and airy, the main living area has full height windows to enjoy the spectacular open view. This apartment has it all; whether it's breakfasting on the terrace, taking a morning swim in the large communal pool or languishing in the jacuzzi - everything is geared to make your holiday a totally enjoyable experience. This property is set on the second floor and because of this the views are marvellous and you are not overlooked by anyone. Two storeys is the maximum height you can build in this wonderful conservation area so you will not find any big hotels or complexes here - just friendly locals who care and are keen to talk to you. When you arrive there can be a FREE welcome pack to greet you including food, wine, milk etc if you so wish.

Pervolia is a really lovely village location west of Larnaca. It is a perfect location if you are looking for a quiet village to relax and unwid with its typical Greek style villa centre and close to all amenities. It seems to us to be one of the best locations where you can truly have it all. The pebbled beach is 10 minutes walk away and you can see the sea from the apartment. This area is loved by the locals and the village centre becomes a hive of activity at the weekends. You also have a sandy beach less than half hour walk away, and there are regular buses to Larnaca where the vibrant hustle and bustle of holiday nightlife can be found. Pervolia is also ideal if you are looking for day trips as well because you can reach all of the southern Cypriot towns and back in a day. |

If you need to make any changes to your confirmed arrangements, you must request the changes in writing to letsincyprus.co.uk as soon as possible. These can be made by posted letter, email or fax. Applicable changes will only take effect from the day of receipt. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt, therefore you are advised to also confirm all changes to our Customer Services Department by telephone. You can contact them on 01992 300415. www.letsincyprus.com cannot accept liability for any failure to provide the necessary documentation if you fail to advise us accordingly. Whilst we will try to assist, we cannot guarantee that such requests will be met. If you or a member of your party needs to cancel your confirmed arrangements, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing. Your notice of cancellation will take effect when it is received at our offices, which is to be no later than 6 weeks before your departure date. The 50% deposit is non-refundable at any time, and if full payment has been made before the cancellation request has been received (before 6 weeks of departure), no money will be refunded. If any member of your party is prevented from travelling, that person(s) may transfer their place to someone else (introduced by you) providing we are notified not less than two weeks before departure. The 50% deposit is always non-fundable. |
