This luxurious garden apartment is sure to please with its quiet location on the exclusive resort of Mosa Trajectum near Murcia and close to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. San Javier Airport is only a 20 minute transfer and Alicante is 50 minutes away making this a very accessible location. The historic city of Murcia is a 15 minute drive into the city centre giving you the choice of the beaches and the city all within easy driving distance. The apartment is furnished to the highest standards with a spacious, sunny lounge with white leather sofas, dining table and open plan kitchen all overlooking the garden and patio. The apartment is fully air condtioned throughout and there are also paddle fans in all the rooms to provide an alternative cooling system. There are two twin bedrooms, one with a large en-suite with jacuzzi bath with overhead shower and an additional wet room. There is underground parking and a lift straight to the front door for anyone with mobiltiy problems. The apartment is set in landscaped grounds where you will find two magnificent pools, a 27 hole golf course and the old village square with the Parador Hotel, clubhouse, restaurant and bar. |

For a quiet and relaxing holiday Mosa Trajectum is definately the place to go to get away from it all.With its tranquil location in the countryside surrounded by mountains and the golf course this is a breathtaking place to be yet so close to the hustle and bustle of the city of Murcia with its cathedral, unviversity, river, shops and fabulous restaurants. The beaches of the Mar Menor are renowned for their safety and their famous mud baths said to be excellent for healing joints and skin problems. The La Manga strip is in the area where you will find plenty to do in the way of watersports, tennis and golfing. |
