Property Description

This apartment accomodation is well situated in the popular ski resort of Tignes in L'Espace Killy.

Being in 'le Lavachet' area of the resort guests benefit from a village atmosphere. 

There are bars, restaurants, a supermarket and an underground car park all within a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

The piste is less than 100 metres from the apartment, the 'Paquis'

and 'Chaudannes' express chairlifts enable excellent acess to the entire Espace Killy ski area.

The apartment itself has been recently redecorated and has a fresh, modern feel to it.

There is a well equipped kitchen, separate wc and bathroom (with bath and shower), and a washing machine.

From the front balcony, off the open plan living/dining/kitchen area, there are north-eastern views up to

La Grande Motte glacier and Le Toviere.  The balcony to the rear, which is acessed from both bedrooms,

has spectacular views of La Sassiere mountain and Le Lac de Chevril.

Sleeping up to 8 people the apartment is ideally suited to families or groups of friends.

There are two bunk beds in the first bedroom and either a bunk bed or a double bed in the second bedroom.

The living room has a double sofa bed, and can be divided from the rest of the apartment by a curtain for privacy.

Linen (excluding towels) is provided.

There is an extending dining table which can seat 8 people comfortably.
