Beautiful privately owned Detached 2 bedroom villa, with a Private community pool. Beautiful views front and back, sun all day but with some shady areas to keep cool.On entering the villa there is an enclosed terrace where you can have your breakfast in the early morning sun, this has sea glimpses towards Guardamar. Off the enclosed terrace there is also an open terrace with a canopy, that you can pull down for the hot sunny days when some shade is needed.

Three seater sofa and arm chair, wall unit with Large LCD TV, there is Satellite TV with UK, Spanish, German & Italian channels. DVD player, with a wide selection of DVD's and CD's for you to watch. Also a Hi Fi, coffee table & dining table with 4 chairs.

Air Conditioning available at a small extra charge.

Mobile gas heater.

KITCHEN

Very large modern fully fitted, electric oven and hob with extractor hood above, very large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, ample cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

Fantastic views from the kitchen towards the mountains, back door to outside.
BATHROOM

Full size bath with shower above, storage cupboard, vanity basin with large mirror, lights and shaving point.

BEDROOM 1

Outlook to the front of the property with views towards Guardamar with sea glimpses, 2 single beds, built in wardrobe, pine dressing table with mirror and draws, bedside tables, table lamps and a blanket box. There is another TV with english channels and a DVD player. Also there is a ceiling fan.

BEDROOM 2

Larger than average bedroom with views to the mountains at the back, double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and table lamps also. LCD TV.

ALL WINDOWS HAVE SHUTTERS AND MOSQUITO BLINDS.

UTILITY ROOM

At the rear there is a utility room with a washing machine, six outside chairs, sun parasol and the sunbed cusions.

Great location, only approx 5 mins walk to the new Consum shopping complex with a large supermarket, many restaurants and bars, one of the bars has internet access, so if you have

your laptop, you can use the internet while having a quiet drink or coffee and a snack, and

keep in contact with those back home.

Also there are 3 other shopping areas with shops, bars, restaurants, internet cafe, banks, 2 large pools and fitness centre within the urbanisation.

AROUND THE AREA

Alicante airport is only 20 mins drive away, and Murcia airport approx 40 mins.

La Marina blue flag beach is approx 5 mins drive away, in the summer there is a bus which can

take you too the beach if you prefer not to drive.

The beautiful towns and beaches of Guardamar and Santa Pola are approx 10 mins away,

Torrevieja is 15 mins and Alicante city is 25 mins. So around the area there are so many

beautiful places to visit.

With all the fantastic scenery it is a photographers dream, with the salt flats where you can

see the pink flamingos and variety of birds, all the mountain and sunsets its incredible.

If golf is your thing you will be spoilt for choice there are 4 championship golf courses within 30 mins drive of the villa.
