The villa has 2 twin bedrooms - 1 twin with shower room and private terrace on 1st floor and 1 twin and en-suite shower room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Spacious living and dining area. Patio at the front with side entrance into kitchen. Secure car parking on property and large outside dining/entertaining area. Communal pool within 1 minute walk.

The villa is located in the Playa Flamenca area about 5 miles from Torrevieja Town Centre.  Torrevieja town and many golf courses are within a 10 minute drive. In Torrevieja,there is a weekly market every Friday and a local craft market every day near the promenade. There are also many lovely churches and an abundance of clean sandy beaches and, of course, the famous salt lakes which change colour according to the density of the salt. Within walking distance of the Villa, there is also a weekly Saturday market and the beach can be reached in a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.

50 Euro cleaning/laundry charge payable locally in addition to Villa rental

No smoking inside the villa please as other guests arriving after you may object.  There is adequate covered area outside the villa for smoking.  Thank you.
