Emerald Island is a quiet, fairly secluded community very close to the restaurants and shops on US 192 and ideally placed for all the theme parks. Disney is only 3 miles away, Universal 20 minutes, Sea World 15 minutes and Kennedy Space Center only an hour away.

It is a gated community, manned 24 hours a day and one of the largest resorts in the area. The amenities are a major plus with this resort and include a games room, community pool, fitness centre, internet cafe, and clubhouse. There is also a Tiki bar and a business center, though a small charge is made for using the internet. With tennis courts and a volleyball court available, Emerald Island is equipped to become a premier resort and will be very popular for years to come.

Our Exclusive vacation home is beautifully furnished with luxurious appointments throughout including ceramic tile, quality bedding and spacious living rooms. Your vacation starts at the entrance with a dramatic palm tree lined boulevard entry, towering monuments and reflecting pools, sculptured dolphins sending forth plumes of water.

The home itself has over 3000 sq. foot of living space, and has 2 en-suite bedrooms, both with king beds, the grand master downstairs has garden tub as well as walk in shower, a further Queen bedded room and 2 twin bedded rooms, our famous kids room includes bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom, completes the 7 bedrooms.

The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with every imaginable requirement provided, along with a well equipped laundry room. The kitchen has an island and nook for those quick snacks in the morning. The main living area has a large screen TV complete with DVD VCR for your enjoyment, as well as a sound system.

The whole house is air/heat conditioned for your comfort, all linens and towels are provided free of charge, outside you have your own heated enclosed 30` X 15` pool and spa with extended deck area and a covered umbrella for those who don't like the sun, perfect for those days where you have been walked off your feet at the parks.

All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for your safety. The garage has been converted into a games room where you will find a pool table and a foosball table.
