Property Description |
The villa is an air conditioned, fully alarmed vacation home and is set in well maintained gardens with off street parking available on the drive. For larger groups there are two roll away beds and the lounge sofa converts to a double sofa bed. We have also provided a cot, stroller and highchair for infants. All linen and towels are provided for use in the villa. Guests should provide their own towels for the beach and pool area. The villa has full size washer and dryer facilities. Patio doors lead out to the pool area. Pool access doors are equipped with alarms so that parents may monitor young children entering the pool area. Pool heat is available on request for those ‘cooler’ months. Also free use of gas BBQ. The spacious lounge is tastefully decorated for relaxing family evenings together, with sofa and love seat, occasional tables with lamps, and a coffee table, ceiling fans, plus a cable TV, Hi-Fi and DVD so you can watch all your favorite movies. The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator with icemaker and dining area. A pool table and table football are also available at the villa. Our villa has a sparkling, gas heated, South-facing pool ( 13ft-24ft approx pool size) with sun loungers and patio furniture for your comfort and a large fully screened deck area that's perfect for soaking in the Florida sun. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, nightstands with lamps, dresser, walk-in closet space, cable TV and a private master bathroom with shower, vanity basin, and toilet. A second master bedroom enjoys a double bed, plus nightstand with lamp, dresser with 19-inch cable TV and closet space. The twin room enjoys 2 twin beds, closet space, dresser with cable TV and Sony PlayStation II games console, and nightstand. A family bathroom serves bedrooms 2 and 3. The Espirit site boasts an 18 hole golf course for use by community members. As well as your own pool at the villa, guests can enjoy the community pool within the Espirit site. A 440 acre fishing lake stocked with Bass is also located within the Espirit site. 'Anyone for tennis?' - the beautifully maintained tennis courts are available to guests. The beautiful golf course is the perfect place to spend a morning or afternoon. All equipment is available for hire form the club shop. What more can you ask for? Don't be slow, this one will go!! |
