The owners of this home are very guest orientated and are constantly working to make their home here in the Disney area of Florida a "home from home" for both themselves and their guests.

  • Made within 3 weeks of arrival 0% of rentals will be refunded
  • IN ALL CASES REGARDLESS  WHEN CANCELLATION IS MADE THE $300 DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST

A $300 deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival

We require a further refundable deposit of $400 as a security.damage deposit

No pets and no smoking at this villa Maximum occupancy of 16 is strictly enforced. Immediate eviction from the home will occur with no refunds if any of these rules are broken
