This wonderful Florida villa has an orange grove right at the back of your screened pool area. The pool has a spa attached. The pool heater in this home is gas powered, much more efficient than electric heaters. The pool deck area has a lovely outlook overlooking orange groves directly at the rear of the villa, just perfect to soak up the Florida sun or relax with a glass of wine in the evenings after a hard day at the Disney parks.

This Florida vacation home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, walk in shower, garden tub bath. The villa is fully equipped with all you need including towels and bedding.

Very convenient location for the major highways allowing easy access to all of Central Florida, Disney parks, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, SeaWorld etc.

Cancellations made between 8 weeks and 4 weeks of arrival will be refunded 50% of rental paid
Cancellations made within 4 and 3 weeks of arrival will be refunded 25% of rental paid
Made within 3 weeks of arrival 0% of rentals will be refunded
IN ALL CASES REGARDLESS WHEN CANCELLATION IS MADE THE $300 DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST

Deposits:

A $300 deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival

Other Fees:

We require a further refundable deposit of $400 as a security.damage deposit

No pets and no smoking at this villa Maximum occupancy of 16 is strictly enforced. Immediate eviction from the home will occur with no refunds if any of these rules are broken
