With its south facing, large pool, our Disney home will make your Florida vacation relaxing, fun and memorable.

This great Orlando villa has two master suites with king size beds, walk in wardrobes, TV's, hairdryers and straighteners -perfect for two families sharing their Disney Florida experience.

Sun drenched south facing large pool overlooking conservation area. The pool deck also has a shady lanai in case the Florida sun gets a little too much.

Computer and printer with FREE high speed internet (print off your coupons before you shop!). Free UK and US (local and long distance) calls also Canada, Puerto Rico, Spain, Italy , Ireland and France. Games Room with Pool Table. PlayStation2 and Wii and iPod docking stations. LCD TV's in all bedrooms and Family room.

Disney themed children's room with Winnie the Pooh TV and DVD and plenty of Disney toys to play with.

This Florida villa has fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a real kettle! We have a separate washer and dryer area for your convenience and for all the 'big kids' we have a new games room with pool table. 

This Disney villa's family Room is equipped with a Flat Screen TV with digital cable, DVD, iPod docking station, stereo CD and Playstation2. We have also installed a new computer with FREE high speed internet, to keep you in touch with home!

Each master suite has a TV, full bathroom, walk in wardrobe, hairdryer and straighteners.  There are a further three bedrooms: Double with TV and hairdryer, Two twins with TV, One twin is a 'Disney' themed room with a Winnie the pooh TV and DVD player and plenty of toys!

Within a one mile radius of the home you will find the Champions Gate Plaza with a Publix grocery store, Walgreens pharmacy and other conveniences to meet your vacation needs.

  • Made within 3 weeks of arrival 0% of rentals will be refunded
  • IN ALL CASES REGARDLESS  WHEN CANCELLATION IS MADE THE $300 DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST

A $300 deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival
Other Fees:

We require a further refundable deposit of $400 as a security.damage deposit

No pets and no smoking at this villa Maximum occupancy of 16 is strictly enforced. Immediate eviction from the home will occur with no refunds if any of these rules are broken
