El Pinet is a new development located close to the village of La Marina on the Costa Blanca. We have two lovely apartments availablethroughout the year for rental either for holiday breaks or for longer periods. The properties are in the same block with one being on the 1st floor and the other directly above on the 2nd floor giving you the opportunity to holiday with friends or family and have your own space. Both apartments are well equipped and beautifully maintained and have spacious sunny balconies with views over the pool and side views to the sea.The 2nd floor apartment has a rooftop solarium where you can soak up the sun in privacy. The top floor apartment has air conditioning, UK television and Spanish TV and a dishwasher. The first floor apartment has paddle fans throughout and has limited English TV but does have a DVD player and a selection of DVD'S |

El Pinet is a leisurely 10 minute walk through the pine trees down to the lovely unspoilt beach with its very Spanish beach bar and restaurant. The village of La Marina is also 10 minute walk and here you will find a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. El Pinet is only a 20 minute drive from Alicante Airport making it very easy transfer either by car or taxi. Within a 30 minute radius you will find large towns such as Elche, Torreveija and Alicante and plenty of fabulous beaches dotted all along the coast line. For anyone enjoying a game of golf there are also plenty of first class courses in the vicinity to choose from. |

Any deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your holiday. The balance will only be refunded if the property can be rented out. |

We require a deposit of 20% of the booking fee to confirm a booking. This is non refundable. |

Other Fees:
There is a refundable security deposit of £100 required against damage or excessive cleaning to the property. There is an additional 45 euros payable locally for cleaning the property on departure. |
