Our fabulous four bedroom villa is situated on a corner plot on the gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Estates.This luxury 4 bed, 2 bathroom villa with pool comes complete with living room, dining room, kitchen/breakfast area, laundry room and double garage. This fully air-conditioned villa and swimming pool provides you with all the home comforts you could wish for while on holiday. The pool benefits from underwater lighting and has a purpose built mesh caging. There are four bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, clock radio, walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds, each furnished to the same high standard. There is a second bathroom to accommodate these three bedrooms. We provide bed linen, towels, etc. 
The lounge and dining area have all the home comforts to include cable TV, video, stereo/multi CD.  The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster and all crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils. There is an additional table and chairs in the kitchen/breakfast room which seats 6.  The utility room is equipped with a large washing machine and tumble dryer.  Around the pool area is a table and four comfortable chairs plus four sun loungers. Our pool area has a great view over the 17th tee of the golf course. A gas BBQ is also provided for your use.
