This modernised villa has two double bedrooms, one single room and one children´s room with bunk beds. The spacious lounge has seating for eight a wood burning stove and lots of books and games. There is TV with video and a CD radio cassette player. The dining area has a large table with seating for eight. The fully fitted modern kitchen has fridge freezer, oven and hob, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is one bathroom with shower inside the house with two further shower rooms, one with toilet and basin, outside. The washing machine is located under cover to the side of the house where there is also a sink for hand washing. The outside space is outstanding with a large raised terrace overlooking the pool and a large grassed garden with palm trees which are lit at night creating a magical effect. The front of the house has several olive trees and parking for 3 cars. Steps lead up to a large roof terrace. A car would be an advantage for this villa . |
