Booking Terms & Conditions

The following conditions apply when renting the property identified in your rental booking form.

Initial Booking

   1. A 25% deposit must be paid within 7 days of making the booking.

   2. The balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival together with £150 refundable security deposit.

(Where late bookings are made the total payment must be paid at the time of booking if less than 6 weeks remain before your date of arrival)

Security deposit

The refundable Security deposit of £150 must be paid prior to your being provided with the keys to the property. This deposit will be refunded after your departure when the property has been inspected. Should any damage or breakages occur your deposit will be refunded after any expenses have been met and you will be provided with receipts for any expenditure. You will not be given access to the property until this deposit has been paid so please be sure to make the necessary arrangements in advance of your arrival. After reserving your villa, book your air or ferry tickets, having confirmed your travel details pay the villa booking deposit to secure you holiday. It' as simple as that.

 Any deposit paid will not be returnable if you cancel your holiday booking.
