This superbly equipped villa (sleeps 19) boasts an unrivalled level of facilities including a games room with pool tables,bar football table,ping pong table,air hockey table,dartboard and darts. 
 
The villa also provides a 46 inch w/screen TV, DVD CD, X-Box 360 and games, 2 x bicycles, 4 sets of golf clubs, acoustic guitar, boulles,a library of books,100s of DVDs and music CDs and complimentary wi-fi internet as well as in house games i.e Monopoly, scrabble, battleships, numerous other brd games, twister, cards, dominos, chess, bingo, connect4, tumbler blocks, elect sudoku plus puzzle/colouring/sticker books for the kids.
 
Crazy/mini golf is planned for 2011/12
 
Outdoors the villa is fully-furnished with sunbeds and tables/parasols. A south facing veranda overlooks the swimming pool, terrace and jacuzzi plus a lovely west facing twelve seater patio to the rear benefits from fabulous mountain and sunset views. A built in barbecue leads from the external veranda to the villa kitchen.
 
The 10m x 5m private pool facilities include a water polo net with rackets/balls and various accessories, 2 x poolside showers and a toilet, Jacuzzi and a sun bathing terrace (Solar heating for pool is planned for late 2011 early 2012) 
 
A D/glazed internal area provides a warm place to sit late into the evening in the early and late seasons.
 
The villa is set in private grounds at the edge of Catral town ideally located for easy access to the many resorts of the Costa Blanca. It is situated within a plateau but overlooked by the Callosa and Crevillente mountain ranges. 
 
The bars,restaurants, night life of Catral are only 10 to 15 minutes LEVEL walk or a 2-3 minutes drive.
It is also just a short drive to the nearby towns of Dolores, Almoradi and Callosa all having an abundance of entertainment,late bars and discos with the historic city of Elche only 15 minutes drive away, Alicante and Torrevieja cities being 25 minutes and Guadamar/La Marina beaches only 15 minutes.
 
There are numerous golf courses and bowling clubs within 15/20 minutes drive with tennis courts in Catral town. 
Walking, painting and water sports are also easily accessed/available. 
 
The villa main accommodation is accessed by six steps to the front, 
side and rear but then is all on one level with the exception of the 2 dormitories which have separate access to them via a short stairway. 
There are also double French doors between the lounge and d-glazed arched veranda allowing easy wheelchair access in/out of the villa. 
 
Complimentary children’s buggy, high chair and cot are provided while food and drink welcome packs can be provided at cost for late arrival times.
 
For 2011/12 all inclusive packages for golfing, bowling, painting and walking are available to include activity costs, accommodation, food, drinks, airport transfers and transport to/from the activities.
 
A 9 seater minibus @ £400 per wk and a 7 seater MPV @ £350 per wk are available for hire or £700 per wk for both(fully insured).
