Bedroom number 3 with double bed on 2nd floor which is also situated looking over the garden. The modern family bathroom has access to a bath and over bath shower and wc. It has washing machine and tumble dryer facilities which are situated within the cupboards. There is also a shower room with wc provided. The kitchen is provided with a American fridge/freezer, electric double oven with 5 gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen diner and dining room table is situated under the conservatory windows. Kitchen opens onto small patio and then upstairs to a large garden with tree house and spacious sandpit. The living room is a double lounge with 2 sofas, chair and spacious floor space for children to play. there is access to a 40" flat screen tv, dvd and cable tv. There is also access to wireless broadband internet. The lounge leads into a lovely open plan kitchen and dining room which is situated under the conservatory windows. Cot and highchair will also be available on request. Towels and linen sre changed weekly, And the house is checked weekly . Family period house in tree-lined conservation area. Conveniently situated for walks on Hampstead Heath, Highgate Woods, Waterlow Park. Highgate Village and arty Crouch End Broadway are also walking distance with their shops and restaurants. Children’s theatres are available at Lauderdale House in Highgate.  This is a non smoking property.
