Our lovely spacious Villa is furnished to a very high standard making it a comfortable home from home vacation experience.
The Villa has 2 double master ensuit bedrooms, 1 double ensuit bed,and 1 twin bedroom all with ceiling fans and TV's We have a fully fitted well equiped kitchen with dishwasher microwave everything you will need for a self catering vacation. The lounge area has a 40 inch HD TV. There is a washing machine a tumble dryer ,and if you fancy a trip to the beach there are folding chairs a sun umberella beach towels and cold boxes.
Outside there is a patio with a larger than average private pool, ample chairs loungers and tables and an electric BBQ. Our management company can suply a welcome pack for a small charge and a Sat Nav is available on loan for a returnable deposit. The Villa is fully air conditioned with ceing fans and we have a well equiped games room,
For the little ones we have a cot and high chair and a selection of toys and games .
The Villa has high speed internet but we do not leave a PC in the property.

Oleander Villa is on Lake Wison Preserve which is a small exclusive Mediteranean style developement set in a conservation area .we are close to Reunion and Champions Gate golf complexes with 2 champion golf courses ,a spa and fitness center and tenis facilities.we are within a short ditance from all major theme parks nd attractions, Disney is 10 mins drive.the gulf coast beaches Kennedy Space Center and Bush Gardens are all within easy driving distance The old town of Kissimmee with aniques shops and resturants is 10 mins drive. Lake Wilson Preserve is located just of interstate 4 at junction 58 on Old Lake Wilson Road. We are close to and within walking distance of shops ,bank,petrol pharmacie and a selestion of food outlet. orlando International Airport is approx,40 mins drive 30 miles. |
