Property Description

Our Florida Dream Vacation home is located in a nice residential area of Kissimmee,Florida.  It is an ideal base for a family holiday in the Florida sunshine.  All the theme parks are within easy access just a short drive away (approx 20 minutes)    It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is furnished to a high standard.  The private swimming pool faces south and has relaxing water views.

As we the owners live just a few miles away we look after both our properties ourselves.   Therefore there is no management company to deal with - we prefer to deal with all our guests on a personal basis and are just a phone call away should you require any assistance whilst on vacation.

The master bedroom has a huge king size bed and its own ensuite bathroom with large shower.  The second bedroom has a Queen size bed.  The third bedroom has two twin beds and has a Mickey Mouse theme - a favourite with the children. These two bedroom share a bathroom which has a door access to the swimming pool.   All the bedrooms have cable TV and ceiling fans.  The split plan bedroom layout is a favourite with families.

The family room has two sofas and Cable TV with DVR and DVD player.    There is a selectin of Disney movies for the children or young at heart.     There is a fully equipped kitchen , dining area and formal living room with two additional sofas.    We provide complimentary High Speed Broadband Internet Access so bring your laptop.  The house has Air Conditioning and there are laundry facilities with washer and dryer.

 We are English having emigrated to America several years ago.  We understnad that after your long flight you will just want to relax by the pool so we will provide you with a complimentary welcome food package on your arrival.    We hope you will contact us to book your Florida Dream Vacation
