My 3 bed, 2 Bath villa is set in half an acre of garden. About half an hour from Disney world. It has a 30ftX13ft heated swimming pool in a covered area to keep out bugs and some of the harmful rays of the sun. The main bedroom has a double bed,a walk in wardrobe and an ensuite shower-room. This is also accessable to the pool. The other bedrooms have twin beds and have a bathroom between them. Both have ample storage. Thereis an airing cupboard with spare linen. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the double garage. All linen and towels are provided. My price is inclusive of Florida taxes. If you are booking for 3 weeks or more, I can give you an additional 10% discount. |

Poinciana Poinciana is a town at the end of Poinciana Boulevard. There are several Supermarkets (Publix & Winn Dixies to name two ) Wallmart has opened a superstore. There are banks a Post office and a Doctors Walk in Clinic. There are several very good restaurants and a Burger King and Pizza Hut. The 192 is close by with many more attractions and restaurants. Gold, Tennis & Nature Reserves Ther are numerous golf courses in the area and you can play tennis free of charge at the nearby park. |
