Four bedroom villa fully airconditioned,on private community of villasol.
Villa comprises of master bed room with en-suite, t.v  large walk-in closet ,access to pool.Second bed room as queen size bed ,tv. closet  bed rooms three and four have twin single beds with closet space all served by second bathroom. Large kitchen with full size cooker ,fridge/freezer ,dishwasher ,microwave ,toaster and coffee maker also all pots and pans that you would need.Utility room with washing machine and drier,also iron and ironing board.Large living room with t.v. ,dvd player (t.v. as cable) lagre settees will seat 6 with ease  ,breakfast area with table and chairs with access to the pool,also smaller living area no t.v.. lovely and cool away from direct sunshine for those quiet moments.Formal dining room.
Pool is large 32ft by 12 with spa, depth of pool 0.7m to 1.4m ,saftety fence witch can be put up and down .patio table and chairs and two sun loungers all inside the lanai.The spa will seat 6 with ease.
All beding and towels are provided (EXCEPT LARGE BEECH TOWELS) please no towels outside the villa.

The villa is situated on the community of vilasol at the junction of Boggy creek road and The Osceola Parkway east fl34744.It is approximatley 10 minutes from Orlando int airport and 45 minutes from sanford SFB airport.This area of Kissimmee as very good road links with all major roads within easy reach making travelling easy.Disney takes no more than 30 minutes to get too,Universal 20 minutes international drive 20 minutes ,Florida mall 15 minutes Tampa Busche gardens 2 hours ,space centre 1 hour 15 minutes all these timings are for trhe first time traveller. You can find every thing that you want close by,as you enter the community there is a walgreens(chemist)that sells the basics,cash michine(atm) On the osceola parkway you can find all that you need walmart .petrol stations,fast food resturaunts,shopping malls and resturaunts and if travel down boggy creek road you come to downtown kissimmee with more shops and resturaunts,The community of villasol is well placed for you to get anywere
