Overlooking the resort swimming pool, the airconditioned apartment is self-catering with full kitchen and laundry facilities, lounge dining area, two bedrooms, bathroom, 2nd toilet, and balcony and terrace from which to enjoy sunshine and breezes.  There is also a jacuzzi, barbeque and fullsize tennis court in the complex for guests' use.

Four Mile Beach is just straight down the street, cafe, licensed bottleshop and fish and chippery are facing the resort, restaurants and an excellent supermarket are within easy walking distance, and transport around Port Douglas and to/from Cairns Airport stops at the complex entrance.

Cancellation policy:

A deposit of AUD200 is required to secure a booking if booked more than 21 days before arrival, with the balance to be paid at least 21 days prior to arrival. If arriving within 21 days the full amount is required.

Please note amounts paid are non-refundable nor is there any refund for early departures. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
 

Deposits:

AUD200 upon booking, balance to be paid prior to 21 days before arrival. If arriving within 21 days of booking, the full amount is required.

Other Fees:

If you require the use of a telephone in the apartment, normal Australian residential rates apply, an additional AUD100 is required as a phone guarantee, to be refunded, depending upon usage, following your stay.
 

Other policies:

We require arrival details when balance of payment is made as we will meet you at the apartment with registration, keys, information.

Additionally, please phone us when leaving Cairns Airport as we then know what time approximately you will be at the apartment.

If you require cot hire which we get in from outside, we must be notified at the time of booking.  This is an additional charge which you will be required to pay direct to the supplier.
