There is a small utility room with a washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes airer.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, side tables and lamps, built in wardrobes, ceiling fan, sliding doors onto a small balcony and en-suite bathroom.

Both bedrooms have electric heaters for use during winter lets.

The apartment is placed on Penoncillo Playa which is on the outskirts of Torrox Costa and just five minutes from Nerja. There are a good selection of beach bars and restaurants on your doorstep with a samll supermarket just next door. Torrox Costa is a short walk away and offers a wide range of continental restaurants, a good selection of supermarkets and plenty of bars to suit all tastes.

There is an abundance of beaches available for samll coves to long beaches with promenades. Chiringuitos (beach bars) offer fine local cuisine with freshly caught fish

dishes and of course paella.

Should you cancel your booking the we have a sliding scale of refunds.

Four weeks prior to start date. 60% of rental value.

Two weeks prior to start date. 80% of rental value.

One week prior to start date. 100% of rental value.

Cancellation: If you are forced to cancel prior to your holiday because of serious injury, illness, death, jury service or redundancy to any member of your party named on the booking form, and this can be substantiated and has arisen since you made the booking, then you are no longer liable for the balance of the rental. If the balance of the rental has been paid we guarantee to refund the balance if cancellation is made within 7 days of departure. Deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel you must contact us immediately and all telephone cancellations must be followed with written confirmation.

 

 

 

Deposits:

We require a holding deposit of 25% of the rental value. This is non refundable

Other Fees:

A security deposit of £100 is required to cover damages and breakages. This is payable on the six weeks prior to the rental start date and fully refunded upon inspection at the end of your stay.
