Three bedroom second floor flat with great views is nestled in a quiet street at the city center of Bursa.Only a few minutes walking distance to Bursa city's famous theathers,museums,shopping centers,restaurants,pharmacies,dry cleaners,money exchange,coffee shops etc.Short walking distance to subway.Excellent transport links to explore Bursa city.All frequent bus services are a 5 mins walk from the the apartment.Muradiye district is the trendiest neighborhood in Bursa.The flat is fully furnished.Fully equipped American style open kitchen.(washing machine,dishwasher,refregirator,oven,cooker,kitchen utencils etc.)The living area is comfortable and spacious.Theres a double size sofa bed in living room for additional guests.Double bed in two bedrooms,and one single bed in other bedroom.Quality tiled bathroom with bath and shower.The flat takes very much sunlight and its very airy.Very nice city view from the terrace of the apartment.Hi speed internet,big screen satellite tv,audio set,24000 btu A/C,Linens,towels etc. are provided.The apartment has three car private garage.$450 per week.(Theres cable internet connection at the flat.I am the owner of the apartment and I've been renting out this flat to only foreign tourists for about 8 years.Payment method:Cash on arrival)
