Comfortably furnished family home located in a private peaceful location only 20 minutes (off peak) from Auckland City and walking distance to library, cafes, art gallery, supermarket, and other village stores. Set in an established treed garden, this is a wonderful place to stay as a long term stay in Auckland, or while looking to purchase real estate. Opposite is a nature trail to a peaceful harbourside bay and park. Titirangi is the gateway to Auckland's coastal rainforest and the well known beaches of Piha and KareKare (The Piano) are 30 minutes by car. The nearest shopping mall and train station is only 10 minutes by car. Furnishings are comfortabel and eclectic with a mix of antique and Indonesian styles. The main living room has comfortable sofas, TV, bookshelves and french doors that lead to the sheltered paved patio surrpounded by kauri trees and ferns. The home is comfortable in winter being well insulated, and is heated by a reverse cycle heat pump or open log fire. The Master bedroom upstairs has its own living area, walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. It is available for long term rental (minimum 8 momths) from the end of January 2011
