Guesthouse to a beautiful villa with pool just restored, minutes to Rome centre, in the hilly countyside of Rome North. Two large double bedrooms, livingroom and bathroom, paved area outside with table, chairs and beach umbrella. Private garden and swimmingpool shared with Mario and Silvia, the owners. The location is the village of Formello, 13 km out of the highway ring of Rome. Two metro trains stations are 7 and 10 mins away (by car), leading to Piazza del Popolo and to the Vatican.

The area is scattered with restaurants as well as 5 km from Formello in further two villages. Many puddock offer horse riding to experts and inexperienced. The lands north of Rome are the cradle of Etruscans and origin of some popes that let palaces, monuments, villas and churchies during the Renaissance, that now deserve to be seen, same as the Etruscan finds. Two lakes (Bracciano and Martignano), both with bathing permitted, are ten and fifteen mins far, always without traffic, and the sea can be reached in falf an hour. |
