You can choose from the units in TALBIEH , one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the central Jerusalem, or units in an old oriental style house in GIV'AT HANANYA (close to German Colony).
We offer WARM and FRIENDLY WELCOME to all visitors seeking homely and intimate atmosphere with personal touch. Special care for small details and little extra touches that make all the difference.
Special attention is given to an immaculate upkeep of the units.

Talbieh is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in central Jerusalem. Its beautiful “old Jerusalem” buildings and lovely gardens make it one of the most attractive and sought after areas in central Jerusalem.
The location is a few minutes walk to the city center and the old city.
You can choose between a studio , one bedroom apartment or two bedroom apartment.
The apartments are on the ground floor with just a few stairs.
They have been recently refurbished and equipped with new furniture and electrical appliances up to the smallest details.

Check in is from 3 pm.
Check in very early in the morning – Until 7 am will be consider an extra day.
Check in after 7 am will be consider an extra 1/2 day.
Check out until 12 pm.
Check out until 4 pm will be consider an extra 1/2 day.
Check out after 4 pm will be consider an extra day.
VAT is extra for Israeli citizens.
According to the Israeli law foreigner citizens do not pay VAT (You will have to provide a copy of the main page of your passport). In case the Israeli law will be changed, VAT will be extra for all guests.
To finalize the reservation I need please a deposit of 35 % of the total amount.
The deposit can be paid by a credit card. The details of the credit card can be transfer to fax: 972-2-6790475 or it can be by phone. Please let me know your telephone number and the convenient hours to call you, or if it is better for you, please call me to: 972-52-3807077.
The balance will be paid by cash when you arrive (By USD, Euro or Shekels).
For paying the balance by a credit card there will be 3% extra.
Please know my cancellation policy and confirm it:
The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to arriving.
If the cancellation made 60 days or less prior to arrival the deposit will be non-refundable.
For cancellation made 14 days or less prior to arrival you will have to pay the full amount. For holidays (Pesach/Sukkot) and July/August: Cancellation made 30 days or less prior to arrival you will have to pay the full.
