Mazarron, Aguilas and Cartegena all have characteristic seafronts with protected parks and green spaces such as Cuidad Encantada or "Enchanted City", where the force of the wind and the water over the years have carved out the white sandstne to their own design, or the regional park at Puntos de Calnegre or Calblanque, both untouched beaches, with clean sand and crystal clear waters. The Costa Calida boasts some of the most beautiful and varied spots along its 250 km of coastline; fine sany beaches tucked away, sandunes, high cliffs, unexpoited and tourist friendy bays.
The Sierra Espuña. This moutain nature reserve is located just 15 minutes drive from condado de Alhama. With rivers and waterways that were planted towards the end of the 19th century. With huge pine and oak forests. Visitors can enjoy walking, cycling or horse riding.
