Nerja is popular for it many tempting restaurants, bars, gift shops & boutiques, It's vibrant night-life in Tutti-Frutti square And not forgetting it's great beaches, in particular Burriana which offers many water activities and the famous paella cooked in a huge paella dish on the beach. The villa is situated a mere 20 minute stroll from both the centre of Nerja and Burriana beach ( or 5 minutes by car). For those who do not wish to walk or drive, the local bus stop is conveniently sited literally 10 seconds from the villa. Tennis, Horseriding, Supermarkets and the famous Nerja caves (cuevas) are all within minutes away. 2 water parks within 20-30 minutes drive. Several golf courses within 20 & 40 minutes drive. The nearest commercial centre is 20 minutes by car or for some serious shopping you can reach the larger shopping centres in Malaga in less than 1 hour. The Alhambra Palace and Granada is approx 1 1/2 hours and the Sierra Nevada ski resort is approx 2 hours by car.
