The Apartment is situated in a quiet location in Hurghada on the Red Sea Riviera. Situated approximately 700 meters from the beach and shopping area where many restaurants, cafes and bars to suit all tastes can be found. Many restaurants will also deliver. Taxis and local buses stop nearby. Sekala the old part of Hurghada is a short 5 minute bus journey. You can enjoy World-class scuba diving, snorkeling, kite boarding and desert safaris, there is also a 18 hole USPGA golf course located at El Gouna about 20km from the Apartment. You can also visit Luxor, the Valley of the Kings, Temples of Luxor and Karnac, the Colossus of Memnon and take a trip to Cairo and the Pyramids art Giza. |

Cancellation policy:
To cancel the entire holiday, the Party Leader must write to us, by recorded delivery at the address on your booking confirmation. Cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your letter. (We will contact you immediately on receipt of your letter to confirm receipt so if you do not receive our confirmation do please get in touch. Letters via Royal mail have been known to go astray). The following cancellation charges apply: |

Deposits:
To confirm your booking please send a deposit of 25% with the balance due 8 weeks before departure For bookings within 8 weeks of departure we require full payment A refundable security deposit of £250 is required with the final payment in case of damage or excessive usage of utilities. This is refunded 14 days after your return from holiday less any charge for any loss, breakages or damage. Email me for copy of full terms and conditions. |

Other Fees:
The price of £550 is for occupancy of the apartment by upto 6 people. There is an extra charge of £50 per person per week for up to 2 more people and we give a discount of £100 for single or double occupancy( i.e £450 per week for 1 or 2 people) . |

Other policies:
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date and you will lose any deposit already paid. LIABILITY. We cannot accept, be responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage, changes or cancellations caused by major coups (i.e. strikes, floods, fire, closure of airports, terrorist attacks, political unrest, war or the threat of war, industrial disputes, technical difficulties, weather conditions) or any other events beyond our control. During your stay we do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused. |
