Our home is a four bedroom two bathroom executive Villa with its own private Pool , Hot-Tub and games room, it is fully air-conditioned spacious and comfortable ideal to relax in after a hard day at the many theme parks that Florida has to offer. In our lounge or family room we have cable TV with over 200 hundred channels, a DVD player and Hi-Fi systems to watch and listen to , there is also free wireless Internet, we also have three luxury sofas to relax on. The dining area has a large glass dining table to seat six people additional seating in the Kitchen nook for four people a high chair is also available. Our kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all essetial cutlery and crockery, their is a fridge freezer, dish washer, main oven and micro wave, a four slice toaster , food blender, kettle and coffee maker. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and board. Our garage has been turned into a games room with American Pool , Air-Hokey and Foosball tables, Tennis rackets and balls provided for the free communial courts, also free is the communial swimming pool. In our master bedroom we have a Queen size bed with matching furniture, cable TV and a telephone and alarm clock a ceiling fan has been fitted for extra cooling , a patio door leads on to the patio and pool area from this room, the ensuite has twin matching hand basins, a large corner bath and walk-in shower seperate wc with walk-in wardrobe. In the second bedroom we have a full size bed with matching furniture, cable TV an alarm clock , built in wardrobeand a ceiling fan to aid in cooling , this room looks out onto the pool area. The third bedroom has twin single beds with matching funiture, cable TV an alarm clock and built in wardrobe a ceiling fan has been fitted to aid in cooling, this room looks to the side of our home. Our fourth bedroom is for the children it has a triple bunk bed with cable TV an alarm clock and built in wardrobe. To the rear of our home we have our large private heatable screened pool with toddler pool attached ,we also have a surface mounted Hot-Tub/Spa , ample chairs, tables and sun loungers to help soak up the sun. Our home has a moniterd alarm system , and all doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for your childrens safty. |

Indian Point is a quite community located in the town of Kissimmee Florida , the local area is mainly to woodland and lakes, a short drive from our home is the Vibrant highway 192 which has a walmart super store for all your essential shopping. there is an aray of restaurants and shopping for all , their are heilicopter rides , crazy golf Air Boat rides and Golf courses, we are a 15 minute drive from the Walt Disney theme parks and close by to all other parks such as Sea World , Universal Studios, Wet & Wild water park, Ripleys Beleive it or not, to name just a few. |
