It assures you a peaceful environment and a comfortable and entertaining stay, as this local area is surrounded by various amusement parks within a stone throwing distance, where you can enjoy swimming, horse riding, fishing, canoeing.   It is additionally facilitated with baby care arrangements.
You can even visit the  surrounding villages to enjoy their respective  festivals and fetes, and you can reach  Bergerac, and the airport along with the Royan and Arcahon coasts within couple of hours.

This family cottage is decorated with Comfortably furnished living area with original exposed oak beams and log burning stove. A covered veranda connected with patio doors,  and the private heated pool and the garden covering an area of one acre is well visible from the lounge.  For your personal and family  entertainment this cottage is facilitated with T.V., satellite, DVD Player, video player (videos available), games console and HiFi system. The kitchen is well equipped, roomy, airy and maintains farm house style. The ceiling of the kitchen is well decorated too with original exposed beams.   

The guests can enjoy two spacious double bed rooms on the first floor, one bedroom with double bed and another with double and single bed, both the rooms are well decorated and well furnished. Extra bed available on request including cot and push chair. Both bedrooms are having shower, WC and hand washbasin.
The main attraction of this holiday cottage is its south facing garden, along with country side view, visible from both lounge and veranda, total area covered one acre and duly planted with seasonal flowers and bushes. Enjoy your swimming in a private heated pool having comfortable temperature through out the season. Additional arrangements like barbecue, sun loungers, table and chairs are being provided along with garden games.
