"La Mimosa" is a 2 bedroom apartment in a small residence with pool, overlooking
the town and bay of Cefalù. The residence is situated on the hill directly over
Cefalù, surrounded by olive trees, and bougainvillae,  3 km by car to town
center and 40 minutes walking because the road is rather steep. It has a bedroom
with double bed and cot, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 kitchen with 4 gas
rings and oven, fridge+ freezer, livingroom and 2 toilet+showers. In front of
this is a huge terrace, partly covered by palmleaves for shade and partly in the
sun, furnished with a dining table and deckchairs. Next to La Mimosa is Il Fico
d'India, for max 3 persons. Those apartments can be rented by themselves or
together.

Cefalù is on the north-coast of Sicily and is a medieval town, with small streets with terraces in front of pubs and restaurants. It has a sandy and rocky beach, good for all watersports and sunbathing. The sea is often completely flat and clear.

In "Il PARCO DELLE MADONIE" it is good walking amidst a beautiful flora and fauna. Possibility for hiking, biking and horseriding.

Possibility for daytrips to the temples in Agrigento, the Roman Villa in Piazza Armerina, The Byzantine church in Monreale, Mount Etna and much more.
