Our beautiful villa called The Partridge is available all year for your perfect holiday in the Florida sunshine. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is furnished to a high standard. It has its own private screened swimming pool which an be electrically heated during the winter months (October to April). the pool area also has a covered lanaii so thoseof you that do not want to burn in the Florida sunshine can still sit outside and enjoy the water views of the lake. the house is fully equipped with a full kitchen and a seperate laundry room. The house is fully air conditioned and each room has a ceiling fan including all the bedrooms. There is FREE Broadband Internet access so bringyour laptop. There is cable television and a selection of Disney videos in the family troom. All the bedrooms also have cable television. It is a perfect location for a family holiday in sunny Florida. Disney and all the Orlando theme parks just a short drive away - approx 15- 20 minutes. |

Home is loated in a nice residential area of Kissimmee called Lakeside Estates. This area is just 8 miles from the Orlando Internatinal airport. Guests staying at the house hae full use of the local amenity park including basket ball , tennis courts, childrens play area and skate board park. Disney and all the Orlando theme parks are within a 15 - 20 minute drive. Kennedy Space Centre and the beaches at Cocoa Beach are approximately a 40 minute drive away. |
