There are 2 fully equipped kitchens with electric fan oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. The 2 living rooms are provided with TV, DVD & CD players, 3 leather sofas, coffee table etc. The dining room on the ground floor has a marble table and brick built BBQ facility on the outside and the one in the first floor has large table, 2 balconies, an outside table and chairs with excellent views. There is also a 10m by 4m private swimming pool. |

The beaches of Baril and Fuzeta can be reached by car while the Ria Formosa natural reserve can be reached via a short ferry ride from the port of Olhão. The latter has tidal mill, water dog kennel, and is a bird watcher’s delight. There are many restaurants serving sea food overlooking the sea in Olhão and the Brancanes restaurant is 5 minutes walk from the property. The Colina Verde golf course is 10min away while the Benamor golf course is about 20min drive. 3 more golf courses - Quinta do Ria, Quinta do Cima and Monte Rei are within 30min drive from this villa. |
