Property Description

This spacious villa is set in its own walled garden on a hillside in an area of spectacular natural beauty, set in a valley surrounded by dense pine forests and rugged hillsides.

On entering villa Tuzlabeli you walk into the open plan living area which has an open fire place, seating for 8+ and access to the pool terrace and gardens, sliding doors lead you into a separate dinning room (seating10). An archway leads you to the fully equipped kitchen that has patio doors leading out onto the large terrace, main bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi bath and a separate shower cubical and 1 double bedroom with its own balcony (convenient if you have a person that has difficulty with stairs).
Going up the stairs you will find 4 more good sized bedrooms, a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, family room with double bed and the option to put in a single bed if required, a twin bedded room, a triple bedded room and a family shower room, there is also another seating area that has doors leading out onto a large Balcony. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have access to balconies offering the chance to enjoy the views over Uzumlu. The lounge and all the bedrooms have air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There is also gas central heating.

The pool terrace which has a covered area is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, table and chairs. Steps lead down to the BBq area and gardens, there is also a further patio on the other side of the villa for those that wish to have a little peace and quiet.

We provide linen, towels, hair driers, beach towels, picnic rug, and a cool bag.

For the younger members of your party we have supplied a travel cot with bassinet, high chair, stair gate and all terrain 3 wheeler pushchair (subject to condition it is left in by previous user (tyre punctures etc)) if you require them. In the interest of safety we have put an alarm on the door out to the pool terrace, which when set would alert you to the fact that the door has been opened as well as a gated railing around the covered section of the pool.
