This luxurious estate is unlike any other property in Las Vegas, with the convenience of being less than 3.5 miles to the airport and 6 miles to the Las Vegas strip. This property encourages comfortable interaction and socialization without the inconvenience and hassle of conference rooms and restaurants on the Las Vegas strip. The lush landscaping of this private, gated estate makes it the perfect location for a small wedding or event of any kind. The property can cater up to 150 people for an event... although we have found out that 60 people are really the limit for a sit down event (10 6-top tables situated around the pool and patio work beautifully). Many guests have found 4210 East Quail to be the ideal 'Conference Rental'. |
