Our modern two-storey house (2700 sq feet) is only 3 miles from Fort Myers Beach and 4 miles from the beautiful islands of Sanibel and Captiva.Situated in a tranquil gated development, our patio and pool faces west to catch those glorious Florida sunsets.The screened pool overlooks a lake which contains an illuminated fountain.  The house is air conditioned and fully equipped with ceiling fans. To keep cool the floors of the downstairs living areas are fully tiled. The pool deck has sunshine from mid morning until sundown and has more than adequate space for the six sun beds. There is a covered lanai, ideal for cooling off or for outdoor dining around the table, which can comfortably seat eight people. The pool has optional electric heating. The downstairs accommodation consists of a great room, master bedroom suite, study, toilet and laundry room. The great room consists of a family area, which is furnished to a very high standard, a dining nook and kitchen. The seating area has an entertainment centre which includes a 35-inch TV, DVD and video. The kitchen is equipped with a large double door freezer/refrigerator (with door mounted ice and chilled water facility), large free standing cooker (with ceramic hob), dishwasher and waste disposal. All necessary electrical items are provided. The study has a large sofa which converts to a double bed if necessary. The study also gives you access to free internet broadband. The laundry room is equipped, as you would expect, with a large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer. The Master Suite has sliding doors providing direct access to the pool. This bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and a combined television and video player. En route to the bathroom, which consists of a corner bath, separate shower and two vanity units, there is a walk in closet. There is also a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a second master bedroom suite. This very spacious room has a queen size bed, walk in closet and an en suite shower room. In addition there are two twin bedrooms. Both have large built in wardrobes and share the third family bathroom, which has a bath with shower over. There is also a second lounge upstairs which is equipped with two sofas and a TV and video. This additional lounge is situated next to the second master bedroom and is ideal for those occasions when members of the party wish to sit separately and entertain themselves, or enjoy something different on the television or video.
