There is a communal swimming pool with sun lounger's, table and chairs and an outside shower. 1st Floor Bedroom has two single beds with bedside table, dressing table with mirror and stool. The bedroom has a double wardrobe. There is also a chair in the bedroom. French doors open out on to a small balcony, with views over to the Mediterranean Sea and pool. On the first floor there is access to a large veranda, which has a table and set of chairs. From here you have views over the White Mountains and down the Bay to distant views of Chania as well as the Mediterranean Sea over the village of Kokkino Chorio. Ground floor bedroom. This has a King Size bed with bedside table, fitted wardrobes and dressing table with mirror and stool. There is also a chair in the bedroom. Living Area, Open plan with kitchen, living area and a dinning area. There is a two and three seat suede sofa, T.V. with DVD player, Hi-Fi/CD player and English channels on the satellite system. There is a selection of reading books. There is a fitted safe in the villa. The dinning area has seating for four people with a large table. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and a washing machine etc.

The property is on the edge of the village of Kokkino Chorio. The property have great views over the Soúda Bay, The White Mountains, the Akrotírí and the Mediterranean Sea. They are just a two minute walk from the centre of the village of Kokkino Chorio which is on a gentle hillside overlooking Soúda Bay, with its local mini-market and taverna. The village of Kokkino Chorio (or translated, "Red Village") is famous for the main set for the film with Anthony Quinn in "Zorba the Greek". Just a couple of minutes walk away is the small village of Kambia. In Kambia is the property featured in the Channel Four/Discovery Channel program "A Place In Greece". Kokkino Chorio is just a few minutes drive from the villages of Plaka and the sea front village of Almirida with its clean shallow "Blue Flag" sandy beach's, Car Hire, Shops, Internet access, Hairdresser, Bars, Supermarkets, Wine Bar and Taverna's. Almirida also offers wind surfing, sailing lessons and boat trips. The larger town of Kalives is under a ten minute drive away. Chania Airport is only a 40 minute drive away.
