Property Description

  Lithies houses have two types of accommodation.

There are three houses which are suitable for 6 people (66 m2 each) and two houses suitable for 2-5 people (52 m2 each).

Lithies houses have a range of activities on offer.

You can watch how we make honey and if you are staying with us in the correct season you can also see how we produce our olive oil and wine. Lithies houses are situated in a stunning forest area perfect for hiking and walking.

Within the farm, next to Vassilikos' pine forest, Giannoulis family runs the "Lithies Taverna". All dishes are prepared in the traditional way with pure ingredients, mainly biological products cultivated in the family farm.

The excellent organic wine, red or white, is from the farm's vineyards and the owners are delighted to offer all their products (olive oil, olives, honey, tsipouro and wine) for sale to guests.

The family farm and Lithies Houses are located in the centre of Vassilikos which is in the south of Zakynthos, within the borders of the National Park of Zakynthos.
Not only are we set in a beautiful forest location, we are also near superb beaches the nearest being only 800 m away.
A supermarket is very close too (200m), so everything you could wish for is nearby.
We are ideally placed for hiking and pleasant walks in the stunning surroundings and we have maps available outlining suggested walking routes.
Lithies houses are in the centre of Vassilikos which boasts the best beaches on the island, such as Gerakas and Saint Nicholas, Mavratzi, Porto Roma, Porto Zoro, Ionio, Daphne/Mela/Sekania.

Policies
Payment Options: For the booking to be valid you will have to fill in the Booking Form and post or mail it to us together with a copy of the receipt on the bank transfer of the Booking deposit. Please, note that all the costs of the bank transfer are yours; they are not included in the rent. The remaining rent should be paid at arrival in cash (Euro) or by VISA or Mastercard credit cards. Please, enclose a copy of the Bank Transfer of the booking deposit with the Booking Form. When we receive your booking deposit we will confirm it by sending you a welcome letter with some more useful information.

If you make a cancellation of your booking not later than 7 days before arrival date you will get all the deposit sent back to you except 50 Euro which we kep for our costs.
